A: That’s actually why we designed the program with short videos and an on-demand format. Even if you’re super busy, you can jump in for 10–15 minutes, complete your daily class, and you're done.
Q: “Do I need to be athletic to do these Maneuvers?"
A: Fascial Maneuvers are a combination of slow-moving postures and breath that can be done without any previous skill levels or equipment. They are mostly performed standing and require a little bit of balance, depending on the position.
Q: “What if I can't stand or move at all?"
A: If you are in a wheelchair or can't stand, we have Seated Facial Maneuver Classes that you can take. However, these are not inside this 28-day program. We are in the process of building one for you, but if you're in this situation, you can find them on our YouTube Channel.
Q: “How can I join?”
