Below you will find the Upper Body Reset: A series of movement sequences that help reduce stress and tension in your upper body.
You may implement any of these maneuver sequences into your daily routine.
We suggest doing fascial maneuvers first thing in the morning, right before bed and/ or during times of stress or performance.
As you learn more about your body you will know exactly what it needs moment to moment. Our goal is that you have the tools to heal yourself and you know exactly which tool to use, when, how and why!

Once you have gone through the entire Upper Body Reset you may move on to the Lower Body Reset.
You can do it all in one day, or spread it over a few.
