From beginner to advanced we will have a Fascial Maneuver for you each step of the way. This class is for all levels of experience. For beginners, we’ll guide you through each movement so you can easily follow along. For advanced, we’ll add modifications to take your practice to the next level.
To get the most out of this event, we suggest you can at least stand/walk comfortably. If you are unable to stand/ walk, we have Seated Fascial Maneuvers that you can do on our YouTube Channel.
Even though every event we do is a little bit different; from the energy, to the people, to the Fascial Maneuvers we do.
This is actually less about the “difference” and more about doing the Fascial Maneuvers together. When we move together we heal together, and the more people the greater the results.
Sometimes, doing the class alone, or by myself, it’s just not the same. But when I do them in a group, I get a completely different experience. It feels like I can go deeper, and I get more out of each maneuver. That’s why I we love these live events.
We have thousands of parents and children doing Fascial Maneuvers together and participating in our parents helping children program. We’ve observed children overcome ADHD, Anxiety, Tumours, Scoliosis and Autoimmune through these programs. Fascial Maneuvers are movements that support the body to reduce stress, release tension and trauma. They can be used at all ages.
If you are unable to attend live, the event recording will be sent to you within 72 hours. It will be yours to keep. You can watch it and move along as many times as you would like.
