About Feed Tulum: 

There are many people who live in very difficult conditions in Tulum, without consistent access to medicine, nutritious food, and other modern amenities.
This is all in spite of the fact that they are good, hard working people.

Let’s fix this together.

Feed Tulum is a food bank that provides nutritious food to Tulum’s most needy local families, while creating pathways for people to give back to the community in other ways. Since our founding in late January 2024, Feed Tulum has provided thousands of free meals, countless clothing items, and medical support to needy families in Tulum. These good people need your help. Let’s work together and to improve the standard of living for everybody in Tulum.

What to Expect At The Trauma Release Event

Fascial Maneuvers are a movement process that heals the body. The class involves slow, precise movements with deep breathing which are easy and open to all ages. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move around. We also recommend arriving 15 minutes early!
